Building Bosses Community Field Day
press release: The purpose of Community Field Day is to bring unity between the police and the community. With all of the negativity going on in the country, Community Field Day will be a good way to show everyone we are one community working together to make things better.
“Community Field Day” will take place on Sunday September 25, at Warner Park in Madison, WI. Police, firefighters, and residents in the community will participate in competing in relay races and fun games. We will allow up to 40 residents, ages 10 and up, to register to compete along with officers and firefighters.
Residents can sign up to participate in the field day games from 2pm-2:45pm. The Field Day games begin at 3pm.
You do not need to participate in the games in order to attend. Just come out to support Building Bosses, enjoy the free food and have some fun! We are also asking for each person who attends to bring at least one item to donate to the homeless such as a pair of socks, gloves, winter hat, blanket, etc. These items can be used as long as they are clean. Hope to see you there!
