The hours are 9am-7pm on Friday when the professionals and Amateurs will ride in the Jumper divisions and Saturday and Sunday from 8am-5pm for the Amateurs riding in the Hunter divisions.
There is no admission fee. Mandt Equestrian Center is located in Oregon at 4458 Hwy B.
