Voces de la Frontera is planning to rally on Monday at 9AM outside the Capitol in Madison to celebrate Governor-elect Evers' inauguration and urge Republicans in the legislature to pass his proposed budget, which includes the restoration of driver licenses and in-state college tuition for Wisconsin immigrant community members!

On Wednesday, Governor-elect Evers confirmed that he will include driver licenses and in-state tuition in his proposed 2019 state budget. Thanks to Governor-elect Evers, we have a chance to keep thousands of families together and expand higher educatation opportunities for working-class immigrant students — but only if we fight.
