press release: The Civil Engineers are a Madison made, eight-piece, funk-soul-rock band that put out our second EP earlier this year, #.  In 2017, they played at Atwoodfest, Willy Street Fair, and People Brothers Band’s Charity Jamboree and Peoplefest, in addition to several trips to Milwaukee and our first show in Minnesota.
