Climate Change in the Classroom: A free workshop for teachers
When: Two sessions available on AUGUST 21, a morning session from 9 a.m.-12 p.m and an afternoon session from 1 p.m.-4 p.m.

Madison Audubon education staff will provide an overview of classroom-tested lessons that get students engaged, active, and excited about learning core science concepts, all through the lens of birds and climate change. Teachers will come away from the workshop with lesson plans they can adapt to their own curriculum, as well as materials and inspiration for implementing the curriculum for the 2015-2016 school year.
