Close friends & musical compatriots, David Huckfelt of indie-folk band The Pines and Erik Koskinen are two of the Midwest's most original and visionary songwriters. Having long collaborated on each other's records, the two are joining forces for these year-ends show in support of glowing new records; "Stranger Angels" for Huckfelt, written as Isle Royale National Park Artist-in-Residence, and "Burn The Deal" for Koskinen, a folk/Americana masterpiece featuring his unmistakable guitar-work and songcraft.
