DB Kennison

press release: DB Kennison has a lifelong love of reading. She has fond memories of growing up in Colorado with a book in her hands and weekly trips to the library.

After moving to Wisconsin, she found that she loved life in a small town, and developed an appreciation of great beer and cheese. Her heart is among the rolling hills and limestone bluffs. Living in the middle of nowhere with her husband and three spoiled dachshunds, she constantly is using her active imagination to weave tales and has now written Still Life, her debut novel.

In it, Randi Lassiter meets Detective Jon Bricksen as a result of a mutilated body she discovers. Forced into an uneasy alliance with him, using her limited sleuthing skills with him as the lead investigator, they battle a growing attraction to each other, and a killer who is out to make them the stars of his next piece of deadly performance art!
