The Prairie Café, 3109 Pheasant Branch Road, Middleton, is open Tuesday-Friday 7:00-3:00, Saturday-Sunday 7:00-2:00. N.B.:  The Prairie Café will be open Friday evening, October 6 from 6:00 to 8:00 for an event benefiting the Pheasant Branch Conservancy. Come and see the photos, listen to great music provided by Gerri DiMaggio's World Jazz Unit, enjoy good food and drink (cash bar), and support a worthy cause (donations are welcome).
