Don't Breathe
press release: The Wisconsin Union Directorate (WUD) Film Committee will host a free sneak preview showing of the horror movie “Don’t Breathe” Aug. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Marquee Theater at Union South. In the film, a trio of friends break into the house of a wealthy blind man, thinking they’ll get away with the perfect heist. They’re wrong.
Moviegoers have the chance to see this film a full two weeks before it hits theaters.
“Sneak preview screenings are always a fun time,” said Robin Schmoldt, WUD Film and Art Committees advisor. “There's a buzz of excitement in the air when you're getting the chance to be one of the first people to see a new film.”
In order to see the film, patrons must obtain screening passes. Seating will be available on a first come, first served basis; passes do not guarantee seating. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 12.
This film is being screened in partnership with Sony Pictures. “Don’t Breathe” will hit theaters Aug. 26.
