Family History Writing Workshop with Sarah White – Three Part Series

Be the ancestor you wish you had! Learn to create lively, richly detailed stories for future generations to enjoy. In this three-part workshop for beginning writers, we explore how to write and share stories that reveal your family’s formative experiences, values, and life lessons. We will spend three sessions discussing how to find the stories worth telling; how to convey the essence of people, places and events; and how to share your work with others! For each class meeting, students write a few pages. Each class meeting includes time to share writing in a supportive environment. Registration is required - please call (608)729-1763 to register.
