Families Kick off a Summer of Outdoor Fun with Father’s Day Fishing Program at Aldo Leopold Nature Center  

Join the Aldo Leopold Nature Center for an introduction to angling this Father’s Day. Learn how to fish like young Aldo Leopold through examining different types of rods and reels and practicing casting. Can you reel in the biggest bullhead or bluegill from our glorious pond? In addition, you can learn how to tie basic fishing knots and catch worms to use as fish bait. Rain or shine, this is guaranteed to be a good time. All fishing equipment will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own equipment.  

Pre-registration recommended; walk-ins welcome.  

Fee: ALNC Members: $7/person or $25/family; Non-members: $8/person or $29/family
