Georgia O'Keeffe Art Festival

Daytime activities to include:

- The museum will be open that day from 10 am to 5 pm (extended hours to view the O’Keeffe Sisters exhibit)

- Art Fair in Cannery Square goes from 10 am to 5 pm

- Old Cars will be parked in front of the Museum from Noon to 5 pm

- 1:00 pm will be the Guided Tour of the Sun Prairie Cemetery; self-guided tours of downtown and historic homes and churches can be done at the convenience of the visitor.

- 2:00 pm will be the Tea Party with the O'Keeffe Family actors at the Crosse House

- Evening Gala at the Colonial Club (5-9pm): Events include an art show of the Georgia O’Keeffe style art created and a silent auction. Dinner guests are encouraged to come in period clothing; the women can participate in a Georgia O’Keeffe look-a-like contest and fashion show, and the men can in an Alfred Stieglitz look-a-like contest. Old cars will be parked outside for photographs, and after dinner entertainment will include a skit by the re-enactors playing the O’Keeffe Sisters and Alfred Stieglitz. Piano Music by Marta Hansen.
