Gio's Garden Fall Vendor & Craft Fair

press release: Gio’s Garden invites the public to attend our Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at KEVA Sports Center. Join us from 11:30am to 3:30pm to get your holiday shopping done while supporting Gio’s Garden. 

Come see all of the great products from local crafters and vendors. Raffle baskets will be on display with products from all of the participating businesses. Raffle tickets will be available day of, as well as baked goods. All proceeds go to providing respite care services to the children and families of Gio’s Garden. The event will be held at KEVA Sports Center, 8312 Forsythia Street, Middleton, Wisconsin.

Val Madsen, Executive Director of Gio’s Garden said, “We are very excited for our Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair. This is our third year and each year we have seen tremendous growth, both with interested vendors and attendance.” 

Gio’s Garden mission as a nonprofit organization is to nurture and strengthen families with children with special needs, birth through 6 years, by increasing their access to needed services. 8 hours per week of therapeutic respite are provided at little to no cost to children and their families. Since opening in 2012, Gio’s Garden has provided over 21,000 hours of therapeutic respite care to 105 different children. Because of generous donors and fundraising events, we were able to subsidize the full fee for 97% of children.
