We'll be set up at WG Lunney Lake Farm Shelter #2... John will be leading 2 separate 45 min sessions, 1 with each band. Come early to get set up and stretch out with Wild Violets, or come a little later and get loose with Mission... or or come for both! Feel free to take part in both sessions, or just hang out with your favorite beverage!
John Harmon is an instructor at Dragonfly Hot Yoga, and has led impromptu "Yogz n' Chill" sessions all over Madison. Last year's Grateful Flow in the park was a huge hit, so we're excited to team up again!
Mission has been playing the music of the Jerry Garcia Band all over the midwest for the last few years, and are happy to bring their repertoire of these classics to a relaxing and peaceful environment.... I think Jerry would approve!
Wild Violets are an all female Madison based throwback band, covering classic hip hop and 90's/00's favorites like you've never heard them before!
Session and music are free, but donations for the bands and instructor are appreciated! ($20 suggested donation)
