We’re doubling-down on fish fry with Great Northern. Madison classic The Old Fashioned and Southern upstart Julep will feature spirits produced by Plover, Wisconsin’s, burgeoning distillery. Plan ahead and grab a ticket for the Old Fashioned’s family-style fish fry with all the fixin’s and special cocktail pairings, or head to Julep, where their Friday catfish fry will be well under way, and three Great Northern Cocktails will be featured. Both locations will be mixing a variety of new and classic cocktails using Great Northern liquors.  Old Fashioned Tickets: $30; Julep: à la carte.
