Glen Campbell I'll Be Me
Join the Alzheimer's & Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin on Thursday, May 28 for An Evening to Remember featuring a special screening of the Glen Campbell documentary film I'll Be Me with special guest Kim Campbell at Varsity Hall and the Marquee Theater, Union South, 1308 Dayton St., Madison.
In June of 2011, Glen revealed he had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Shortly after he went public with his diagnosis, he embarked on the "Goodbye Tour" with wife Kim and their three children. The tour, expected to last 5 weeks, went for 151 spectacular sold-out shows across America lasting over a year and a half.
The film documents this amazing journey as he and his family attempt to navigate the wildly unpredictable nature of Glen's progressing disease using love, laughter and music.
Don't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! $75 per person, of that $50 is tax deductible. Tickets are going fast. Reserve yours before Friday, May 22.
