Introduction to Indian Cooking

Meet Neeta Saluja, local resident and author of the cookbook, Six Spices. Explore hands-on preparation of stuffed breads and mango laasis.  Neeta will share her experience about learning how to cook as a child and how that led her to writing a cookbook for her children.
