His recordings have garnered every imaginable honor including six Grammy nominations. He has produced over 20 albums of other artists, from traditional fiddlers to contemporary singer-songwriters to educational and documentary works. McCutcheon’s commitment to grassroots political organizations has put him on the front lines of many issues with relevance to communities and workers. His 40th album was released on January 11, a tribute to Pete Seeger called To Everyone In All The World: A Celebration of Pete Seeger featuring many guests including the Steel Wheels, Hot Rize and Suzy Bogguss.
