Katia Bymers

Join us for a fun morning with author Katia Bymers and her daughter Jessica to learn about what it's like to grow up in Brazil, get to know some traditional foods and even learn some words in the Portuguese language. Katia's book was written in English with some words in Portuguese (Brazilian Portuguese).  This is a book speaks from the heart of a foreign mother who had chosen to raise her children in the United States. The author, Katia Bymers is from Brazil and currently lives in Waunakee, Wisconsin.

The book comes with a "wish ribbon.” It is intended to be used as a loose bracelet or anklet.
