Kristin is a local pediatrician, a graduate of UW School of Medicine and Public Health, who has written a book about her experiences with seizures and epilepsy over a 20-year period. Her memoir, The Sacred Disease, serves as a chronicle of discovery, acceptance and hope, during her tenacious fight for a seizure free life.
