This late-night collaboration series forgoes the lutefisk and packs all the Midwest charm, mischief and cutting-edge cocktail talent we could into the coziest subterranean venues. Guests from Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis take over the Tornado’s Corral Room, Lucille’s boom-boom vault and Madison’s downstairs lounge.
