Make-A-Wish Fundraiser

press release: On Saturday, April 30, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., 9-year-old Izzy, from Cottage Grove, will be selling her book, Through the Lens of a 9 Year Old, outside of Macy’s at Hilldale Mall in Madison. Her 20-page hardcover book featuring about 50 of Izzy’s unique perspective photos is being sold for $36, with the proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish®. Izzy’s ultimate goal is to raise more than $6,600, which is the average cost of a child’s wish. She hopes to give the gift of a wish to a local child battling a life-threatening medical condition.

“The ‘60 Minutes’ show inspired me to help Make-A-Wish and to help a child,” said Izzy. “I like photography.
