press release: The Wisconsin Film Festival and the Beyond the Page Endowment present a WFF Pop-up Screening of Xavier Giannoli's 2015 film

Wisconsin Film Festival "pop-up" screenings return to Dane County public libraries this fall! The Middleton Public Library will screen Xavier Giannoli's comedy Marguerite, which played to sold out audiences at the 2016 Wisconsin Film Festival. Popcorn and beverages will be provided! Running time: 129 minutes. In French with English subtitles. Rate R for brief nudity and sexual content.
Introducing the film will be Kathryn Smith, General Director of Madison Opera. Ms. Smith will discuss the career of Florence Foster Jenkins, the real-life inspiration for the film. A short Q & A will follow the screening.
