Memoir Writers' Story Night
Wednesday, May 27
7:00 PM - 8:45 PM
Sequoya Library, 4340 Tokay Blvd., Madison, WI, 53711, 266-6385
Participants in memoir writing workshops at Sequoya Library will read stories from their lives. The event is free and open to the public. People interested in writing their own reminiscences are encouraged to attend. Refreshments and conversation will follow the readings. “The best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person,” said Andy Rooney. “There was never yet as uninteresting life. Inside the dullest exterior, there is a drama, a comedy, and a tragedy,” said Mark Twain. Come find out if you agree.
