"Noon" Year's Eve Party

Countdown to 2016 with Ms. Tiffani and Ms. Kelly at the Fitchburg Public Library "Noon" Year's Eve Party! We'll start with a brief storytime, followed by noisy and colorful crafts and music while waiting for the official balloon drop and juice toast at 12 noon. Recommended for ages 2-6.
