Parade of Homes

media release: The Madison Area Builders Association (MABA) is excited to share that the 5th annual Madison area Fall Parade of Homes returns October 11-13 & 18-20, 2024.  The Fall Parade has become a successful event modeled after the Spring Parade of Homes, which celebrates its 75th Anniversary in June 2025.

Parade hours are: Friday: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm; Saturdays and Sundays 11:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Attendees will tour 13  featured Parade homes, built by 13  local builders.  Many of these homes may never be open to the public outside the Fall Parade of Homes!

Tickets may be purchased online by credit card at www.madisonfallparadeofhomes.com/tickets, or with cash only at any Parade home during open hours. General Admission is $10, Senior Admission (Age 65+) and Child Admission (Ages 6-17) is $5. Tickets allow for one-time entry into the thirteen (13) featured Parade homes.
