Arts & Literature Laboratory's April Craft Lecture features poet Josh Kalscheur examining how privilege affects a poet's treatment of "place" in their work. In addition to discussing his experience writing a book about a place that is not his own (Micronesia), he will share poetry by native Oceanic writers in order to explore different approaches to place in poetry.
