August 19 - August 23, 1:00-4:00pm each day at Arts + Literature Laboratory (2021 Winnebago St)  

Join artist Yeonhee Cheong in this dynamic week of mixed media drawing and painting! This class is appropriate for young artists interested in strengthening their technical skills in figure drawing, portraiture, and scientific illustration. Young artists will explore ways of representing oneself through self portraits using metaphor, allegory, and symbolism as well as realistic rendering. Afternoon camps are for youth ages 10-14 years; half-day camps are $175 with options to add lunch supervision and morning open art studio sessions for a full day of artmaking.
