press release: Camp - Poetry, Storytelling, and Hip Hop

June 17- Jun 21, 1:00-4:00pm each day at Arts + Literature Laboratory (2021 Winnebago St)  

Join artist Ali Muldrow for a week of low-risk writing exercises that will have youth thinking in poetic lines! Young artists will absorb work from contemporary poets to build their own collections of creative writing in response.  Afternoon camps are for youth ages 10-14 years; half-day camps are $175 with options to add lunch supervision and morning open art studio sessions for a full day of artmaking.
