press release: U-rah-rah! The Edgewater is Madison’s Place for Homecoming! Start the celebration with us Friday, October 19, with ESPN Madison’s Weekend Kickoff in Augie’s Tavern (3-6pm). Listen to Big Ten Network analyst and former UW wide receiver, Brandon Williams, Homer and Gabe talk live about the big game. Grab a beverage and head out to watch the Homecoming parade as it goes right by The Edgewater (6pm)!
Then, join us Saturday, October 20, for Game Day fun! Round-trip shuttle service from the resort to Camp Randall begins at 9am. Purchase passes at the Front Desk and grab your complimentary beer or Bloody Mary to-go from Augie’s Tavern. Game kickoff is at 11am sharp. Go Bucky!
Following the game, join us back on The Grand Plaza for our Homecoming Post Game Party featuring live music from the Red Hot Horn Dawgs (3-5pm). And, not to be missed…ESPN Wisconsin College Game Day will be broadcasting LIVE post-game. Stop by and see the crew!
