Two rising Wisconsin authors — both with initials for first names and promoting new books published by NineStar Press, a leader in LGBTQA fiction — will share the spotlight at this event featuring readings, signings and Q&A. campbell’s Mourning Dove, book two of the EMPATHY techno-thriller series set in an eerily realistic dystopian society, will be out later this month; book one, Imminent Dawn, was published in January. Hinkle writes YA set in Cherrywood Grove, a fictional town based on her experiences growing up in central Wisconsin. Her latest is Diamond Heart, about twin brothers who are the new kids at an artsy private school.
