Using local, native and abundant herbs, Kathleen Wildwood, founder and director of Wildwood Institute, will discuss the medicinal and energetic uses of the three herbal remedies she always travels with. These simple herbal preparations cover a surprising number of herbal actions and health conditions. You will also learn about common herbs available at mainstream grocery stores that can work in a pinch. Samples of herbs discussed are provided to smell and taste. Limited space; register early.
