Simple Strength

press release: Get Ready! Get Moving! Go4Life! Go4Life, an exercise and physical activity campaign from the National Institute on Aging, is designed to help you fit exercise and physical activity into your daily life. Madison School & Community Recreation and Sequoya Library will be hosting a free exercise class called Simple Strength as part of the "Let‘s Move in Libraries" campaign. At Simple Strength, you'll learn gentle exercises using body weight, bands, and small weights. Also take home some free literature on home exercises.
