Skimming the Surface

media release: Free movement based class for adults, "Skimming the Surface:" Thursday, June 15, 6-8pm | MyArts, 1055 E Mifflin Street.

Skimming the Surface leads participants to process trauma and begin healing, through movement.  Taught by Pursuit of Happiness Festival guest artist Valerie Green, who has led these workshops in the New York City area for the past decade.
