Solar Vinyasa Yoga
Capital Fitness Yoga is celebrating a new beginning on Friday, June 19 when it will become The Yoga Sangha at Capital Fitness. Sangha is a Sanskrit word meaning community. To celebrate this launch, welcome summer, and affirm their connection to community, they are offering a special 75-minute Solar Vinyasa Yoga class with Tiffany Huard and a Sangha Celebration with music, refreshments from Naples 15 and Whole Foods Market Madison, and a silent auction. 100% of the event proceeds to benefit Exceptional Kids Yoga Project. Tickets are available at http://bit.ly/sangha4ekyp.
Exceptional Kids Yoga Project (EKYP) is a local Madison organization offering yoga for children with developmental disabilities and their families. EKYP’s classes foster community, confidence, connection, flexibility, growth, movement, safe spaces, and strength. EKYP is a tax-exempt not-for-profit Wisconsin corporation, led by a group of yoga teachers, yoga practitioners, and families of children with developmental disabilities in and around Madison.
