Speakeasy & Swing

press release: Take a step into the past during the prohibition era, and become part of the action! On December 17th, 2016,  immerse yourself into a 1920s style dancehall speakeasy. The evening begins when you locate “The Man in Black”: here you will receive a password into Al’s Place. You will be assigned a character to play for the evening while you interact with Al Capone and company, as well as a variety of other characters and new friends. The venue will be packed with an appetizer buffet, cash bar, dance floor, and a myriad of games and actors for you to interact with. Pay off a few gangsters and coppers, and swing the night away with your favorite partner to live music provided by Professor Pinkerton and The Magnificents!

VIP cocktail hour 6 pm

VIP Dinner options will be  available at 7:00pm

General admission Doors open at 8

With a beginner swing dance class at 8:10pm

Live music begins at 9:00pm

Everyone is encouraged to adorn themselves in that 1920 style, so expect to see the hottest flappers and slickest gangsters!

All dinner tickets will be an immersive adventure. You will have to find “The Man in Black” whom will give you clues as to where to go. Then, only a special code-word will get you a table at our top secret locations.  This man will also set you up with your character(s) for the evening.

VIP Tickets: Dinner with the actors and reserved seating in the dance hall.

These tickets are the hottest commodity on the market, giving you an evening that you will never forget. After you arrive at the top secret location, you must find “The Man in Black” (setting you up with your character cards for the evening will be his main goal); he will set you off on an adventure to find the location of your extra special VIP dinner. It is here where you will meet many of your new cohorts for the evening. The dance hall will also feature an appetizer buffet. *Please note VIP tickets include dinner, gratuity, private bar, and special treatment. Drinks are billed separately.

General Admission:

Now, you are the type who just comes for the party. Don’t worry, we will take care of you. You will arrive at The Brink Lounge to find “The Man in Black.” He will set you up with your character(s) for the evening and give you a set of instructions. This dance hall will have a fancy appetizer buffet and a cash bar. Doors open at 8:00pm. These tickets will get you in for the dance class at 8:10pm and all the theatrics we have planned for the evening. Live music will begin at 9:00pm, and that’s when the fun will start rolling.
