Stand Against Racism

press release: YWCA Madison calls all individuals to join us in taking a Stand Against Racism. This event will unite our community in a bold demonstration that delivers a clear message: we are on a mission to eliminate racism. We are partnering with Race to Equity & Justified Anger to hear a status update regarding Justified Anger’s Our Madison Plan and Race to Equity’s Roadmap to Equity: A Two Generation Approach to Reducing Racial Disparities in Dane County. We'll present a short update on these plans. Then you'll be able to participate through a facilitated discussion to gather feedback and commitment, as well as identify areas for partnership and collaboration.

This is a free event open to anyone interested in working for racial equity in Dane County. No ticket is required.
