Tani Diakite & the Afrofunkstars
Olbrich Gardens 3330 Atwood Ave., Madison, Wisconsin 53714
Tani Diakite is a musical force who has inspired an entire community of artists. With his Kamale n'goni, a West African ancestor to the banjo, and his plaintive singing, he never fails to drop the deepest blues around.
Enjoy a winter Sunday at Olbrich with musical performances in our Evjue Commons. All Winter Concerts are traditional theatre-style seating with the exception of our Botanical Boogie dance concerts.
In 2017, all of Olbrich's Winter Concerts will require a $2 admission fee per person.
In support of Madison’s local musicians the concert performance fees have been increased to match standard rates. An admission fee becomes necessary to maintain this series as a fundraiser for the Gardens. Your contributions are greatly appreciated!
