Antonio Pace is the Founder and President of the Association of the Real Neapolitan Pizza. The Neapolitan pizza was included in the UNESCO list of intangible cultural heritage of humanity on 2017.
The focus of this talk is the art of making the authentic Neapolitan pizza, tracing its history, describing the mission of the “Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana” (founded in 1984), and explaining the “Pizzaiuolo” art of making Neapolitan pizza included in the UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2017.
