The Big Freeze
December 22 @ 9:00 am - 4:00 pm | $55/child (ALNC members save 10%)
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be an owl in the winter time? How about a fox? Or a fish? We will get a chance to learn about some of the features, called adaptations, that animals have to survive the winter time. We’ll even drill into the ice on the pond to measure its thickness and feel the cold water to see for ourselves how hard it would be to survive in the winter!
