Tommy Keene & Ivan Julian

April 29, 8 pm (doors at 7) Tommy Keene & Ivan Julian, suggested donation $15

This will be Tommy's fourth visit to the house, so I don't need to tell you who he is, but this will be Ivan Julian's first time. Julian was a founding member of Richard Hell & the Vovoids, the Outsets (which Tommy auditioned for) and the Lovelies. He's also played with the Clash, the Isley Brothers and Matthew Sweet. The most remarkable part is that he is back on the road after beating the stage III gastrointestinal cancer he was diagnosed with a year and a half ago. 

Keene and Julian will each play a solo set and then play a few songs together at the end of the show.

Parking Alert: There is now no parking on either side of MacArthur Rd. I suggest parking on the very wide, curbed streets of Ellenwood and Duncan off Mendota and walking up the little path to MacArthur Ct.  Google Maps says it is 0.1 miles and two minutes https://goo.gl/maps/5ZkNX from there to the house.

All shows are all ages and BYOB, I'll have coolers with ice available. As always, all money goes to the musicians.
