press release: Mickey’s Tavern will present a diverse night of rock’n’roll performed by Treemo, The German Art Students and The Deeps on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 10pm. No Cover.

The night begins with Treemo, a three piece acoustic band featuring harmonica, up-right bass and female/male vocal harmonies. Their quirky lyrics and adorable melodies will have your heart-a-meltin’ and your toe-a-tappin’.

Next up, Madison’s favorite geek rock band The German Art Students will be kicking it up a notch melting not just hearts, but faces as well. They recently won two Madison Area Music Awards for Best Rock Performer and Best Rock Album!

The Deeps will finish the night off by knocking everyone’s socks off with their own unique style of blues, surf rock. Their 50’s influenced rock’n’roll will have you yearning for a better time when songs like “Rita in the Deep” were on regular rotation on your Nash Rambler’s car radio.
