V.I.P In Haiti

press release: VENTURES IN PEOPLE (V.I.P.), a non-profit based in West Bend, with projects in Mirebalais, Haiti, will be featuring, Louis Tenior Guerrier, its education coordinator in Haiti, as its main speaker. Learn about how V.I.P. is “Helping Haitians Help Themselves” in this impoverished country through Education, 4-H, and water filtration programs. Mingle and speak with V.I.P. folks.

Louis Tenior Guerrier is the education coordinator for the Ventures in People Foundation, Inc.  Since 2004 Louis has worked with VIP coordinating and overseeing over two hundred children whose education is supported by US sponsors.  He selects the children, assigns students to one of nine different schools and follows their progress throughout the school year.  He works closely with VIP all year and hosts volunteers who go to Haiti to evaluate the program and take pictures of the students for their sponsors in the U.S. 

Louis also orchestrates VIP’s English teaching program in the elementary schools in which VIP students attend.   He is the key to the success of what Ventures in People looks to accomplish in Haiti.
