Vote Early Day Celebration
media release: This fall, the Wisconsin Fair Maps Coalition and our partner organizations are joining thousands of organizations across the country to celebrate Vote Early Day, and we want you to join us!
Vote Early Day is celebrated on October 28 to help voters learn about their options to cast their ballot ahead of Election Day in this year’s midterm election. It is a movement of thousands of partners across the nation – from businesses to nonprofits to campuses – to empower Americans to vote early and make their voices heard.
9:00 AM, October 28, Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King Blvd., Madison
Voting early ensures that last-minute problems, long lines at the polls, voter disinformation, and confusing election laws can’t stop Americans from casting their ballot. Over 220 million Americans have options to vote ahead of Election Day by mail or in person, and we’re excited to be hosting an event to help ensure people in our community have the tools they need to cast their ballot early. Learn more about your options to vote early at MyVote.WI.gov.
If you live in the Madison area, we hope you will join us on Friday! Sign up to join us. To find events in other parts of the state, check out voteearlyday.org.
