Goals of the Series
Build a community of anti-racist whites
Identify our roles as whites in producing racism and injustice in our community, even when we don't intend to
Increase our ability to begin and support racial justice work
Develop our capacity to lead in issues of diversity, inclusion and race
Learn to engage in anti-racist practice in white-dominated spaces
The series is sequential, so it is important that you can commit to attending most of the sessions. Because we need to build cohort trust and familiarity, attendance at sessions 1 and 2 is required. You will be asked to read or view some materials before each session.
