Potter’s Crackers of Sun Prairie makes an excellent hazelnut graham cracker. Bits of these are whipped up into a milk chocolate center along with marshmallow and dipped in a dark chocolate shell. Who needs a bonfire?
S’mores hot chocolate

Three Olives makes a s’mores-flavored vodka. The Nitty starts there, adds hot chocolate, whipped cream and toasted marshmallow and serves it in an Irish coffee mug with chocolate syrup and graham crackers on the rim.

Look for this one as a flavor of the day at your local Culver’s. Vanilla custard is home base for marshmallow cream, chopped milk chocolate and bits of graham crackers. Ask ’em to top it off with a little hot fudge for a winter warmer.
