Due to a formatting error, the categories for this week's "Fortunes" feature were switched. We meant to give the "Down" arrow to Scott Walker and the "Up" arrow to state law enforcement.
Usually, the "Up" arrow appears first and the "Down" arrow second. That was switched this week because the "Up" arrow was clearer if it came after the "Down" arrow. But in the layout the items were placed in the wrong order.
