DOWN: Mark Green. A Dane County judge rejects the GOP candidate for governor's challenge of an Elections Board ruling that he must return nearly $468,000 in campaign donations from out-of-state political action committees. Green says he will appeal. And Wisconsin Democracy Campaign files a complaint with the Federal Election Commission charging that Green violated federal law by transferring $1.4 million from his congressional to his state campaign.
