UP: Art in Protest. This art show, sponsored by the UW School for Workers, was scheduled to feature works created for the protest against Gov. Scott Walker. It was canceled a week ago after complaints from Republican state Rep. Steve Nass, but private sponsors stepped forward to revive the event. It will now be held at the Goodman Community Center on March 9-10.

Department of Natural Resources officials urge all communities to do so. Last year, the state Legislature rescinded a rule requiring communities to treat water.
