UP: Car manufacturers. The state's new lemon law goes into effect, giving consumers less time to seek damages from car manufacturers and reducing the amount of money they can claim.
DOWN: Rep. Bill Kramer. Republicans in the state Assembly oust Kramer (R-Waukesha) as their majority leader after allegations that he groped one woman and verbally abused another during a Washington, D.C., fundraiser last week. Kramer hasn't commented on the allegations and has reportedly checked himself into a treatment facility. The Republicans name Rep. Pat Strachota of West Bend their new leader.
